With the aids from proper instruments, devices and techniques, optimal crestal sinus elevation will be achieved. New protocols for managing sinus septa and slopes as well as the technique to repair Schneiderian membrane perforation upon crestal approach will also be demonstrated.

Upon completion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
1) Discuss the indications and contraindication for the sinus elevation from different approaches.
